POSITION OVERVIEW
The Professional Staff Nurse is responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing nursing care for assigned patients under the guidance and oversight of the Director or designated representative. This role encompasses a variety of direct and indirect patient care responsibilities and additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Educational Background / Licensure / Certifications
Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registrations:
- Valid Registered Nurse License in the State of Florida
- BLS Certification from AHA
- ACLS Certification within 6 months of employment or transfer
- Basic EKG Proficiency
- Successful completion of GSMC Medication Assessment
- Successful completion of GSMC EKG Assessment
Experience Requirements
0 to less than 6 months of relevant experience.
