About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our Category Sales Planning team in developing and deploying national, cross-channel customer strategies and business plans. This role will be responsible for managing customer-oriented daily studio operations, collaborating with the Customer Sales Planning team, and owning functional input, management of work chartered, and driving execution of full scope NRM plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deploy national, cross-channel customer strategies and business plans
  • Manage customer-oriented daily studio operations
  • Collaborate with the Customer Sales Planning team to frame acceptable range of outcomes to material risks and opportunities
  • Own functional input, management of work chartered, and driving execution of full scope NRM plans
  • Own the development and deployment of one national 12-18mo. customer plan
  • Minimize forecast error and improve financial planning via IBP
Requirements
  • Typically 10+ years of CPG experience
  • ~25% Travel
  • Significant Clorox/equivalent BU and Customer (Preferably LER) Experience
  • Proficiency in People Management
  • Sr. Leadership Communication/Influence
  • Cross Functional Knowledge/Influence
  • Financial Acumen
  • Knowledgeable in innovation processes, S&OP/OE, Sales analytics tools (IRI, Panel, Rapid), Categories/Brands, Retail Marketplace, Category Selling and Negotiation, Customer Business Planning
