Compensation: $14.50-$17.50 per hour, depending on experience

Role Overview
About the Position:
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your demeanor, from answering phone calls to welcoming guests upon arrival, sets the atmosphere for their entire stay. You will be the essential resource for guests, assisting with inquiries about room directions, dining options, local attractions, and additional requests such as extra towels or late checkouts. The role involves managing various responsibilities, including handling phone calls, processing guest check-ins and check-outs, addressing guest needs, liaising with our Maintenance and Housekeeping teams, ensuring accurate billing and payments, and upholding safety and security protocols. You will need to respond to guest service challenges with confidence and empathy, taking ownership of situations to ensure guest satisfaction.
About You:
A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are essential. Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends, is required, along with a strong commitment to reliability. You should be adept at managing multiple tasks while maintaining composure and approachability. A genuine enthusiasm for building connections with both team members and guests is crucial. An authentic interest in enhancing the overall experience for your colleagues and guests through dedication, proactive communication, innovation, and teamwork is vital. A valid driver's license and proof of insurability are necessary, along with a driving record that meets our insurance provider's standards.
