Key Responsibilities:

As an Electrical Technology Instructor, your role will include:
  • Delivering high-quality instruction through meticulously prepared lessons
  • Designing relevant and engaging assignments
  • Evaluating student performance with fairness
  • Documenting student progress comprehensively
  • Supporting the academic achievements of all learners
  • No prior teaching experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Electrician
  • A valid Connecticut E-1 or E-2 License
  • Proficiency in common software applications (MS Word/Excel/Outlook)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities
