Responsibilities

As a Caregiver at Brightview, you will have the opportunity to provide warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging and assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Looking for changes in residents' day and personal care needs and working with the Nurse to update their personal Resident Care Plan
  • Encouraging resident participation in community programs and activities
Qualifications

We are seeking a positive and compassionate individual who is passionate about working with people. To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A current state required certification as a CNA/HHA/CHHA
  • Medication Aide Certified is a plus
