Sales Team Leader

As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales goals, managing staff, and maintaining high standards in visual merchandising.
You will be responsible for training and supervising team members, handling inventory, and maintaining store policies and procedures to achieve consistent and efficient store and associate performance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail or customer service, including supervisory responsibilities, with a desire to gain experience and work in the hospitality industry. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
