Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Conway Medical Center. As an LPN, you will provide direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring the well-being and safety of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients, including administering medications, performing procedures, and documenting patient information.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Conduct patient assessments, identify potential health risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Practical Nurse program.
  • Current South Carolina licensure as LPN (SCLLR) in good standing.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Previous OB-GYN experience and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems preferred.
