Position Overview:
This role is pivotal in ensuring that patients are accurately registered across all service lines. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting eligibility verification and obtaining necessary pre-certifications or authorizations
- Making financial arrangements and processing payments for services
- Resolving registration errors and managing pre-bill edits
- Handling complex accounts and addressing escalations from team members
- Participating in departmental training and quality audits
- Maintaining effective communication with clinical partners to enhance patient access
- Providing support for PBX (switchboard) operations as required

Qualifications:
To be successful in this position, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, along with at least one year of relevant experience
- A minimum of two years of direct experience in Patient Access
- An Associate's degree is preferred
