Position Overview:

This role is pivotal in ensuring that patients are accurately registered across all service lines. Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting eligibility verification and obtaining necessary pre-certifications or authorizations
  • Making financial arrangements and processing payments for services
  • Resolving registration errors and managing pre-bill edits
  • Handling complex accounts and addressing escalations from team members
  • Participating in departmental training and quality audits
  • Maintaining effective communication with clinical partners to enhance patient access
  • Providing support for PBX (switchboard) operations as required

Qualifications:

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, along with at least one year of relevant experience
  • A minimum of two years of direct experience in Patient Access
  • An Associate's degree is preferred
