Your role includes preparing garnishes and mixes, as well as logging all products requisitioned from the kitchen to ensure smooth operations.

You will monitor and uphold cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the bar area, service stations, and the overall venue.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring that all opening, ongoing, and closing side work is completed efficiently.
  • Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of all available liquor brands, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic selections.
  • Ensuring that supplies and ingredients are adequately stocked before, during, and after your shift.
  • Adhering to policies and procedures for the safe operation and storage of tools, equipment, and machines.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must be at least 21 years of age and possess the ability to work effectively under pressure. You should be able to accurately follow verbal and written instructions and demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.

Excellent listening and communication skills are essential, along with a professional appearance and demeanor. A collaborative team environment is crucial, and you should be flexible with your schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Furthermore, you must have the ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues, resolving any conflicts in a diplomatic manner. A passion for creating memorable experiences for guests is vital.

Experience:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of one year of experience in customer service. Previous experience in food and beverage service, bartending, and luxury hospitality is preferred.

Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.
