Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead stakeholder engagement and deliver comprehensive Reporting and Analytical solutions, as well as Performance Management Metrics across GBS.
  • Collaborate with GBS and Digital teams to oversee the governance of deployed solutions.
  • Introduce cutting-edge technologies in AI, Visualizations, and Automation in conjunction with the Digital organization.
  • Develop and implement strategies for GBS performance management, including Customer Experience metrics, utilizing an agile framework.
  • Mentor and guide a team of skilled colleagues and contractors, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Manage project workplans, conduct risk analyses, and track progress to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Translate business requirements into effective solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies.

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in Reporting & Analytics, with a strong background in project management.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; advanced degrees or project management certifications are preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
  • Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.
