Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Physician - BMT Hospitalist to join our team at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. As a key member of our medical staff, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the development of our pediatric hematology/oncology program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality medical care to children and adolescents in the pediatric Blood and Marrow Transplantation (BMT) unit.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct research and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide education and training to patients, families, and staff.
  • Participate in meetings and activities to support the operations of the BMT unit.
Requirements
  • MD degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Board Certification in Pediatrics (or Board eligibility).
  • Background in hematology/oncology and/or BMT is desired but not required.
  • Currently licensed as a physician and eligible for licensure as a physician in the State of Georgia.
