Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and eating.
  • Monitor and report on patients' progress to nursing staff.
  • Measure and document vital signs and collect specimens for laboratory analysis.
  • Facilitate patient transport and perform light housekeeping tasks.
  • Record patients' intake and output, assisting with mobility exercises as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Basic Life Support certification is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Two years of experience in either acute or long-term care settings.
  • Completion of an accredited CNA, PCT, or paramedic program, or current enrollment in a nursing program.
