About Hillcrest Medical Center:
As a leading healthcare provider, Hillcrest Medical Center is a 656-bed facility that encompasses specialized centers such as The Alexander Burn Center and The Oklahoma Heart Institute. We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative environment where every team member is valued and respected.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Monitor and report on patients' progress to nursing staff.
- Measure and document vital signs and collect specimens for laboratory analysis.
- Facilitate patient transport and perform light housekeeping tasks.
- Record patients' intake and output, assisting with mobility exercises as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Basic Life Support certification is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Two years of experience in either acute or long-term care settings.
- Completion of an accredited CNA, PCT, or paramedic program, or current enrollment in a nursing program.
