Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Refrigeration Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and maintenance to our clients' commercial refrigeration systems. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for refrigeration and HVAC, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial refrigeration systems, including refrigeration racks, compressors, and condensing units.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with refrigeration systems, including leak detection and repair.
- Install and replace refrigeration components, including compressors, condensers, and evaporators.
- Conduct energy management system repairs and maintenance.
- Perform HVAC repair and preventative maintenance services.
- Repair and replace split condensing units.
- Conduct leak detection and repairs.
- Perform self-contained unit maintenance.
- Service ice machines.
- Service heat pumps.
- Troubleshoot and repair controls.
- Expertly troubleshoot and repair various commercial refrigeration systems.
- Conduct general maintenance and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Valid Driver's License.
- EPA Universal Certification.
- Basic Knowledge of HVAC and Commercial Refrigeration.
- Ability to complete necessary paperwork accurately and promptly.
- Exceptional communication skills for interactions with clients, team members, and management.
- Ability to thrive under high pressure in high-stress environments.
- Self-starter mentality, with the capacity to work both independently and part of a dynamic team.
- Openness to additional responsibilities as they arise.
- Ability to obtain additional licenses and certifications as appropriate.
- Correctly complete necessary documents (work tickets and timesheets) in a thorough, accurate, and timely manner.
- Ability to drive a company vehicle safely to customer locations.
