Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Shuttle Driver to join our team at Mass Park, Inc. in Hartford, CT. As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to various destinations while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet patrons in a polite and courteous manner, assisting them with their needs as required
  • Operate shuttle vehicles in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations
  • Communicate effectively with customers, management, and colleagues through radio contact and other means
  • Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicles meet federal and company safety standards
  • Record passenger counts and trip times, as well as complete necessary paperwork for daily operations
  • Assist with equipment setup and breakdown, including signs and cones
  • Maintain the cleanliness of shuttle vehicles by sweeping and removing debris
  • Report any mechanical issues with shuttle vehicles to management
  • Comply with company procedures for shuttle operations
Requirements
  • Valid CDL with passenger endorsement
  • Valid medical card
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to work a variety of hours, including weekends
