Role Overview:

As our Maintenance Lead, you will oversee and coordinate various activities and resources to meet property goals effectively. Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing and executing maintenance and repair tasks as requested by residents or management
• Conducting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
• Ensuring apartments are ready for new residents by meeting move-in standards
• Performing preventive maintenance and managing supply inventory

To Succeed in This Role:

• A minimum of one year of relevant experience, preferably in multi-family settings with 100+ units
• Proficiency in plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repair
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work one weekend day per week
• Participation in the on-call rotation is required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Yardi software
• Pool maintenance license is a plus
