About the Role:

Park Lane Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving new business through outside sales, field-qualifying, and client development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and develop a pipeline of potential clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of outside sales experience in a high-end logistics environment.
  • Strong communication, networking skills, and a relentless drive to succeed.
  • Local expertise in the market is a must.
