Job Summary

The 3rd Shift Bakery Associate is a key member of our production team at Colectivo Coffee Roasters. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient and high-quality packaging of bread and preparation of other food items.

Key Responsibilities

  • Packing and Preparation
    • Slice bread loaves and buns to meet customer demands.
    • Package bread into bags with attention to detail and quality.
    • Organize orders and pack bread accordingly to ensure timely delivery.
    • Pack other orders as needed to meet customer requirements.
  • Preparation and Maintenance
    • Prep smoothies and other general prep as needed to support our menu offerings.
    • Operate and maintain production machinery safely and efficiently.
    • Work clean while following food safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
    • Clean and maintain work areas, utensils, and equipment to prevent contamination and ensure food safety.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with the bakery production team to meet production goals and deadlines.
    • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and address any concerns.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic reading and math skills to perform job duties.
  • Ability to communicate and follow directions effectively.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to lift at least 50lbs to meet the physical demands of the role.

Compensation

$17.00/hr
