The team also extends training and outreach services focused on classification, compartmentalization, special programs, and information-sharing education throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mandatory TS/SCI with full-scope polygraph clearance
  • Develops and sustains essential resources (including but not limited to Training Plans, Training Materials, and User Guides) to guarantee effective training for personnel, government agencies, and contractors in areas such as Sponsor Automated Systems, Information Review and Release, Records Information Management Program, and Classification Management.
  • Delivers updated User Guides, along with the corresponding online help versions, for each release of Sponsor Automated Systems as instructed.
  • Facilitates both classroom and individual training sessions as necessary.
  • Creates training schedules, oversees enrollments, and records attendance in accordance with organizational processes.
  • Coordinates training for personnel and government agencies, including managing training dates, venues, and administrative tasks.
  • Establishes user accounts for test and production systems for all individuals slated for training.
  • Prepares requisite data for Sponsor Automated Systems.
  • Conducts assessments to identify training needs.
  • Delivers classification training to the workforce.

Work Environment: Onsite in Reston, VA

Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI with full-scope polygraph clearance is essential
