Job Title: HVAC Warranty Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HVAC Warranty Coordinator to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to coordinate and manage the HVAC warranty work for residential new construction projects completed in partnership with several large national builders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all warranty-related issues for residential new construction projects.
  • Coordinate and schedule HVAC warranty service appointments with homeowners, builder representatives, and internal service teams.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure prompt and efficient service.
  • Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims, service requests, and completed work.
  • Ensure all warranty work is completed within required timeframes.
  • Track and report on warranty claims, providing regular updates to management and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with service technicians to ensure they have necessary information and resources to complete warranty work effectively.
  • Resolve warranty-related issues and escalate problems as necessary.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in HVAC or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in HVAC warranty coordination, service coordination, or a similar role in the construction or HVAC industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using scheduling software and other computer applications.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
