Job Overview

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HVAC Warranty Coordinator to join our team in Port Richey, Florida.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the HVAC Warranty work for residential new construction projects completed in partnership with several large national builders.

About the Role:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all warranty-related issues for residential new construction projects.
  • Coordinate and schedule HVAC warranty service appointments with homeowners, builder representatives, and internal service teams.
  • Communicate effectively with homeowners, warranty representatives, builder supervisors, and internal teams to ensure prompt and efficient service.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all warranty claims, service requests, and completed work.
  • Ensure all warranty work is completed within the required timeframes set by builders and company standards.
  • Track and report on warranty claims, providing regular updates to management and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with service technicians to ensure they have the necessary information and resources to complete warranty work effectively.
  • Resolve warranty-related issues and escalate problems as necessary to management.
  • Complete signed work orders and submit to builder as required.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in HVAC or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in HVAC warranty coordination, service coordination, or a similar role in the construction or HVAC industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with homeowners, builders, and internal teams.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using scheduling software and other computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
