About the Role

Aureus Medical Group - Imaging is seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join their team. As a key member of the imaging department, you will be responsible for performing complex diagnostic ultrasound procedures to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of various medical conditions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ultrasound technology, with experience in performing echocardiograms, vascular ultrasounds, and other diagnostic imaging procedures. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform complex diagnostic ultrasound procedures, including echocardiograms and vascular ultrasounds
  • Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely results
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of procedures performed
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques
Requirements
  • Active registry with either Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) or American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS)
  • Minimum two years of clinical experience in ultrasound technology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
