Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned professional with expertise in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role and be proficient in graphic design tools such as Photoshop. Additionally, the successful applicant will possess strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

The Marketing Strategist will play a key role in developing and executing our social media strategy, managing content creation, and supporting both paid and organic marketing initiatives. They will collaborate closely with the sales team, work on creative campaigns, and help organize key events such as car shows (e.g., SEMA). Our Marketing Strategist must be able to develop and implement both paid and organic marketing campaigns, utilizing their knowledge of online marketing and major marketing channels (social media, SEO, email marketing, etc.).

Key Responsibilities
  • Social Media Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase online visibility, engagement, and brand awareness across all relevant platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Content Creation & Management: Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content (photos, videos, written posts) across all social media channels to ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging.
  • Paid & Organic Marketing Campaigns: Manage and optimize both paid and organic marketing efforts to drive leads, increase traffic, and build brand loyalty.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing strategies align with sales goals and help drive revenue. Provide them with the necessary tools, content, and materials.
  • SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve organic visibility, driving more traffic to our website and social media pages.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role with hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of online marketing and major marketing channels (social media, SEO, email marketing, etc.).
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Photoshop and other creative software.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 25+ pounds (for event setup and materials handling).
