About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Operations Manager to join our team at UASA. As a Sales and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, including managing inventory, supervising sales staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste
  • Supervise and train sales staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and operations management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Pass a background and drug test
