Snell & Wilmer is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the firm's business development and marketing efforts in California.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach Attorneys in Marketing and Business Development: Provide guidance and support to attorneys in areas of marketing and business development.
  • Lead and Mentor Marketing Professionals: Help lead and mentor marketing and business development professionals in support of market-driven initiatives.
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategy: Assist in the development and implementation of the team's marketing and business development strategy.
  • Support Local Communications and Branding: Support local internal and external communications, branding, advertising, social media, media/public relations, event management, business development, community involvement, nominations, and vendor relations for California offices.
  • Contribute to Team Success: Contribute positively to the team's success and reputation by building and fostering strategic relationships internally and externally.
  • Forecast and Monitor Expenses: Forecast and monitor marketing and business development expenses for California offices.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least three years of marketing/business development experience, including elevating teams in law or other professional services firms.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications or related field is helpful.
  • Skills: Keen understanding of legal marketing industry, ability to work well with others, excellent verbal/written/interpersonal communication skills, ability to work well under pressure, excellent project management and organizational skills, ability to present a professional and polished image and demeanor, proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, social media platforms, and CRM management.
