Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will be responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with purchases, while maintaining a safe and clean store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide warm greetings and assistance to customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product styles, features, and benefits, and be able to articulate this information to customers.
  • Point of Sale Transactions: Execute and expedite point of sale transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a safe and clean store environment, including floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
  • Communication: Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program to customers, including credit options.
Requirements
  • Positive Attitude: Demonstrate a positive and solutions-oriented mindset, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service Skills: Showcase effective and professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Physical Demands: Lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling, and stand or walk for extended periods of time.
