Manufacturing Associate

Quality Consulting Group, a prominent entity in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices, and manufacturing sectors, is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to fill the role of Manufacturing Associate. This position offers the opportunity to engage with a passionate team in a leading manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage in a fast-paced production setting, supporting various development, clinical, and launch initiatives.
- Execute operations within the Manufacturing area under general supervision.
- Conduct tasks in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Perform in-process sampling and operate analytical equipment as required.
- Carry out washroom duties, including cleaning both small and large-scale production equipment.
- Ensure a tidy and organized workspace at all times.
- Initiate and complete quality reports as necessary.
- Assist in drafting and revising essential documents such as SOPs and Manufacturing Procedures (MPs).
- Support the review of documentation related to assigned functions, including equipment logs and batch records.
- Work safely around high-pressure systems and heavy machinery when required.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in Process Development or Manufacturing.
- Proven experience in the setup, cleaning, and sanitization of various manufacturing equipment.
- Familiarity with preparing buffers and media according to defined manufacturing procedures (MPs) and SOPs.
- Understanding of GMP documentation (SOPs, MPs) with a strong commitment to safety and compliance.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment while adhering to safety protocols, including wearing steel-toed shoes, lab coats, safety glasses, and gloves.
- Mechanically inclined with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to work multiple shifts on a rotating basis.
