As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality RF solutions that exceed project scope and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commissioning and Integration: Lead the commissioning, integration, and activation of various cellular systems, ensuring seamless wireless coverage and optimal performance.
  • System Testing: Perform thorough system tests using advanced equipment, including tech phones, RF scanners, spectrum analyzers, transmitters, and other electronic test tools.
  • Customer Facing: Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, performing site surveys, in-depth walkthroughs, and providing prompt and detailed updates.
  • Technical Expertise: Work closely with system components, including antennas, fiber optics, coax, and RF amplifiers, to troubleshoot and repair systems for optimal performance.
  • RF Principles: Apply advanced RF principles and theory to ensure signal path, radio frequency power, frequency bands, system noise, modulation types, and other critical aspects are optimized.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely completion while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Travel and Collaboration: Travel to various job sites within Maryland and surrounding regions, collaborating with colleagues and customers to achieve project goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; master's degree or minor in Business preferred.
  • Experience: 4+ years of related experience, preferably with DAS architecture and other cellular systems.
  • Skills: Strong technical aptitude, knowledge of wireless technologies (4G LTE, 5G, 5G-NR), RF optimization techniques, and best practices.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, ability to work effectively under minimal supervision, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a passion for learning innovative technologies.
