Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team at STERIS. As a Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in establishing and improving manufacturing process capability for new and sustained products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of process transfers, equipment qualification, and process validation programs.
  • Develop jigs, fixtures, and work instructions.
  • Develop process improvements and support lean activities.
  • Test new technologies, processes, controls, or prototype equipment and support implementation as needed.
  • Perform various engineering assignments with a focus on mechanical systems.
  • Provide indirect supervision of technicians, interns, and operators as required.
Requirements
  • Engineering Bachelor's degree; Mechanical preferred.
  • 1+ years' experience in process engineering, production support, and/or wire processing.
  • Project leadership, technical, and organizational skills required.
