Adjunct Faculty: Cybersecurity/Networking Instructor

We are seeking a qualified Adjunct Faculty member to teach Cybersecurity and Networking courses on our Prescott Campus. The successful candidate will have a strong background in the field and be able to effectively communicate with students.
Responsibilities- Teach Cybersecurity and Networking courses to students in a variety of delivery methods, including online and in-person classes.
- Develop and submit course syllabi and calendars based on approved college course outlines.
- Promptly submit required rosters, grade reports, evaluations, and academic reports.
- Follow accepted standards of conduct for faculty and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Attend required instructional-related meetings and participate in professional development opportunities.
- Complete all required NEOED trainings on an annual basis.
- Participate in the development and implementation of innovative forms of assessment and utilize Open Educational Resources (OER) when possible.
- Degree in Cybersecurity or Networking (Associate's degree or higher) AND 5 years or 5,000 hours of documented experience in the field; OR
- Professional Licensure/Specialized certificate(s) AND/OR 5 years or 5,000 hours of documented and recent work experience.
- Professional experience in a community college/higher education work environment.
- Experience with online learning systems such as Canvas.
