Job Title: Sales Associate I

Join the Coach team as a Sales Associate I and be part of a dynamic and fashion-forward environment. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and personalized shopping experience for all customers.
  • Drive sales by maintaining a high level of product knowledge, identifying customer needs, and making recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, visual merchandising, and backroom areas.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including sales, returns, and exchanges.
  • Support inventory management, including processing shipments, stocking shelves, and replenishing sales floor.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills, and ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
