What does a typical day entail? Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering comprehensive secretarial and administrative assistance
  • Performing standard secretarial tasks such as communication management, document preparation, scheduling meetings and travel arrangements, among others.
  • Monitoring relevant matters and updating management on progress.
  • Key Responsibilities: Offering administrative support in areas such as typing, expense documentation, presentation creation, confidential correspondence, and procurement of office supplies.
  • Arranging and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel logistics.
  • Preparing, editing, and organizing reports and presentations. Drafting memorandums.
  • Maintaining organized files, executing data entry, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Coordinating travel plans, preparing expense reports, processing invoices, and maintaining financial records. Compiling information for management use. Providing necessary support for executives.
  • Welcoming vendors and visitors.

This position may be ideal for candidates who possess:

  • A High School diploma or GED is required.
  • Over 5 years of relevant experience is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, with knowledge of Ariba and Concur being advantageous.
  • The ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment, work independently, and demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
