We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to lead our pediatric nursing team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a Pediatric Nursing Supervisor at Atrium Health Charlotte, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and overseeing the daily operations of our pediatric unit.

About the Role
  • Provide direct patient care to pediatric patients, utilizing your expertise and compassion to ensure their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
  • Monitor and analyze patient outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection of nursing personnel, ensuring that our team is equipped to deliver high-quality care.

Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in North Carolina.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in pediatric nursing, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift 35 pounds and perform other physical demands of the job.
