About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Atrium Health Charlotte. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading daily operations in our Behavioral Health Unit.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric nursing and experience in supervisory roles. You will be responsible for coordinating patient care, allocating resources, communicating with patients and families, and participating in performance improvement activities.

Responsibilities
  • Support the manager in enhancing the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice and service administration
  • Assist with interview, selection, and supervision of nursing personnel
  • Collaborate with manager to ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations
  • Rounds on patients, teammates, and physicians to gain insight into patient care and department operations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
  • Current RN licensure in North Carolina
  • Minimum two years nursing experience, preferably in pediatric settings
  • Previous management experience is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, and dental insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and health savings account.
