Key Responsibilities- Lead and participate in the monitoring, maintenance, support, and modernization of systems and software.
- Perform maintenance tasks, including installation of patches and upgrades, and coordinate with delivery teams to ensure changes are implemented.
- Identify and resolve incidents, analyze root causes, and report on design, reliability, maintenance problems, and bugs.
- Monitor systems availability, performance, and capacity against baseline metrics and report trends.
- Educate and coach junior staff to ensure in-depth knowledge of supported systems and applications.
- Lead application governance, including required attestations, continuity testing, impact analysis, responding to audit/regulatory inquiries, and complying with technology standards.
- University/college degree or comparable experience.
- 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Certifications are often desired.
