Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be expected to:
- Enhance our existing business in the rotating equipment sector across various territories.
- Identify and penetrate new or underserved markets.
- Focus on key industries including Industrial, Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Personal Care, and Petrochemical.
- Establish strong relationships with clients and integrate DXP into their operational framework.
- Demonstrate reliability and accountability in all customer interactions.
- Develop and maintain in-depth technical knowledge of our products and services.
- Utilize Salesforce for effective business management and growth.
- Build and sustain long-term client relationships.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in industrial distribution sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- A degree in Engineering is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency with mobile technology.
