Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team at 24Restore. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.

• Material Evaluation
  • Coordinate with project managers to identify material needs and schedule deliveries.
  • Source and procure materials from approved suppliers, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Monitor material lead times and adjust procurement schedules accordingly.
  • Verify material receipt and inspect for quality before staging for use.
• Material Preparation
  • Review project schedules and material requirements to ensure accurate staging and delivery.
  • Communicate with carpenters and other trade partners to ensure they have the necessary materials for upcoming projects.
  • Remove projects from the schedule if materials are missing, and notify project managers accordingly.
• Follow-up and Communication
  • Confirm project appointments with homeowners and trade partners through regular communication.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects by monitoring material delivery and trade partner progress.
• Administrative Duties
  • Assist project managers with last-minute material requests and emergency purchases.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to resolve any material delivery issues.
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team as needed.
• Field Daily Reporting
  • Collect before and after photos from trade partners and in-house personnel for project documentation.
  • Upload photos to the company dashboard, labeling them by vendor, date, and trade completed.
  • Share project updates with customers and marketing teams through email and other communication channels.

• Previous experience in customer service, dispatch, or a related field.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and energetic attitude.
• Proficiency in computer software and multi-line phone systems, with a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.

$40,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience (DOQ).
