Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and diagnostics on agricultural and construction machinery to identify necessary repairs.
  • Utilize mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic skills to perform troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Employ diagnostic tools, including laptops and gauges, to pinpoint issues across all machine systems.
  • Operate machinery to evaluate repair requirements or assess completed repairs.
  • Interpret equipment manuals and work orders to execute maintenance and service tasks effectively.
  • Research repair requirements and procure necessary parts as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic/Technician, with a focus on agricultural equipment such as swathers, combines, and tractors.
  • Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting engine, hydraulic, power train, air conditioning, and electrical systems.
  • Experience with electronic service tools (EST) and online service and parts manuals, coupled with strong customer service abilities.
  • Personable, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time management skills and a collaborative team player.
  • A self-starter with punctuality, a positive attitude, and a desire for professional development through annual training opportunities.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Hourly wage ranging from $35 to $42 based on experience and qualifications.
