We are seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to join our team at Fourth Floor. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for overseeing corporate professional services indirect procurement for three categories: Total Talent Spend, Travel, and Other.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage RFPS/vendor relationships and negotiations
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure optimized spending for assigned categories
  • Directly support the Executive Director with tasks and manage other team members

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience in procurement, preferably in the beauty industry
  • Strong IP experience and self-starter mentality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work on a hybrid schedule and great attention to detail & organizational skills
