Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain standardized Fleet business policies and procedures.
- Conduct research and gather information through various methods to support documentation.
- Manage and maintain files and records of documentation.
- Generate and revise procedure documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Provide technical assistance and support to personnel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business processes.
- Analyze and update policy documentation to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or Communications.
- At least 8 years of experience as a Technical Content Specialist.
- Proficiency in technical software and tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous leadership and Fleet experience.
- Ability to identify and solve problems effectively.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Confluence/JIRA.
