Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain standardized Fleet business policies and procedures.
  • Conduct research and gather information through various methods to support documentation.
  • Manage and maintain files and records of documentation.
  • Generate and revise procedure documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.
  • Provide technical assistance and support to personnel.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business processes.
  • Analyze and update policy documentation to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or Communications.
  • At least 8 years of experience as a Technical Content Specialist.
  • Proficiency in technical software and tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous leadership and Fleet experience.
  • Ability to identify and solve problems effectively.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Confluence/JIRA.
