The role of the Maintenance Technician IV involves providing exceptional service in response to guest repair requests and ensuring the smooth operation of hotel facilities. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, ensuring they are clean and well-lubricated.
  • Perform visual inspections of tools, equipment, and machinery to identify any potential issues.
  • Maintain an organized inventory of maintenance supplies and requisition parts as necessary.
  • Utilize advanced engineering skills to address complex repairs related to HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

  • Ensure compliance with safety and security policies, reporting any maintenance problems or hazards immediately.
Qualifications

Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent, with a technical diploma in HVAC/refrigeration. Extensive experience in general maintenance, particularly in hotel environments, is advantageous.

Required: Valid Driver's License and relevant certifications in refrigeration or electrical systems. Universal Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) certification is also necessary.

Work Environment

This position requires physical stamina, including the ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds and perform tasks involving bending, twisting, and climbing. A commitment to maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor is essential.
