We Are Currently Seeking a Dedicated Property Maintenance Technician to Join Our Team in Phoenix, AZ.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain cleanliness and order of designated properties.
  • Remove and replace garbage bags, ensuring proper disposal.
  • Clean dumpster areas and trash enclosures thoroughly.
  • Collect litter from bushes, islands, and walkways, paying attention to detail.
  • Wipe down windowsills, trash receptacles, and seating areas for a fresh appearance.
  • Remove cobwebs from hallways and walkways to create a welcoming environment.
  • Address gum removal as needed to maintain a clean and presentable space.
  • Respond promptly to spills by cleaning them effectively.
  • Ensure proper disposal of trash, reporting any large items to management.
  • Conduct regular property walks to ensure cleanliness and identify potential maintenance needs.
  • Operate company vehicles safely and courteously at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with leadership regarding any issues or concerns encountered on-site.
