Job Title: Account Executive

At Insight Investments, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make phone sales presentations to prospective customers
  • Prospect for new accounts and seek opportunities to increase existing ones
  • Conduct regular sales calls to develop customer relationships and follow up on leads
  • Track sales deals through closing and finalize sales contracts
  • Meet established quotas and sales goals
  • Ensure products are delivered on time
  • Monitor inventory levels to avoid product shortages
  • Forecast long-range account sales, inventory levels, and product needs, and communicate related information regularly to management
  • Log prospecting activities into the CRM system, and determine results via reports and metrics analysis
  • Ensure that customers are satisfied with Company products and services and well-supported through phone contact
  • Obtain customer feedback and continually work to improve products and services
  • Resolve customer requests, complaints, and problems working with necessary Insight departments
  • Promote goodwill and convey a positive image of Insight Investments
Requirements:
  • Moderate proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of MSCRM system would be preferred
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of similar experience in a high-tech environment preferred
  • Knowledge of computer/hi-tech equipment is preferred
