Key Responsibilities
  • Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Work Order Completion: Complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Issue Identification: Identify and report any maintenance-related issues to the facilities management team, providing recommendations for resolution.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in a safe and compliant manner, adhering to OSHA standards and company policies.
  • On-Call Rotation: Participate in an on-call rotation to provide 24-hour coverage for emergency maintenance issues.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years of property maintenance experience required.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Certifications: HVAC Certification preferred.
  • Skills: Demonstrated organizational and time management skills, knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, and ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Physical Demands
  • Frequent Bending and Stooping: Frequent bending and stooping in all directions.
  • Walking and Standing: Walking and standing for extended periods of time (6 hours or more).
  • Repetitive Use of Hands and Fingers: Repetitive use of hands and fingers through the use of tools.
