RN Specialty Interventional Radiology FT Days: A Rewarding Career Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Interventional Radiology department at Carondelet St. Joseph's Hospital. As an RN in this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the success of our hospital.
Key Responsibilities- Provides direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.
- Implements and monitors patient care plans, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care and attention.
- Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care, working closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
- Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders, ensuring that patients receive timely and effective treatment.
- Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team, ensuring a smooth transition to home or other care settings.
- Valid current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license and ability to become Arizona Licensed in 30 days.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) or others as required by individual department.
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing preferred.
