We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Cath Lab department at Carondelet St. Joseph's Hospital. As a RN Specialty Cath Lab FT Days, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Provides direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Implements and monitors patient care plans, ensuring effective and efficient care delivery.
- Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
- Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
- Valid current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license and ability to become Arizona Licensed in 30 days.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association certification required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) or others as required by individual department.
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing preferred.
