Job Functions

Central Power Systems & Services is seeking a skilled Construction Equipment Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repairs on a full line of construction equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance on construction equipment
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with construction equipment
  • Repair and maintain a full line of construction equipment
  • Build and maintain customer, vendor, and factory relationships
  • Meet or exceed labor time guides and achieve high efficiency ratings

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to follow OEM specifications
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively independently or in a team
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to build and maintain excellent customer, vendor, and factory relationships
