Position Overview:
Responsible for executing night audit procedures to uphold financial integrity and ensure compliance with hotel standards. Collaborate with various departments, including Security and Housekeeping, to guarantee exceptional service for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:


Compile daily Restaurant Revenue Report data by auditing Point of Service tapes/journals to analyze revenue, covers, waitstaff fees, tips disbursed, and settlements categorized by type and cashier.

Generate audit reports/journals from the front office system, Point of Service, and computer systems.

Address any discrepancies and resolve computer-related issues that may arise during the shift.


Input revenue, expenses, and allowances into the front office system to produce daily reports such as the Guest Ledger Summary and the Daily Restaurant Summary.

Ensure nightly reconciliation of all revenue and settlement accounts, maintain organized files, and prepare the system for the following day's operations.

Adhere to attendance policies and maintain regular availability for work.

Perform additional job-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
Previous hotel experience is preferred.

Basic mathematical proficiency and the ability to perform accurate calculations using a 10-key device.

Capable of addressing guest and associate concerns in a courteous and positive manner.

Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication style to different audiences, including supervisors, coworkers, and the public.
