Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Sunglass Hut. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience while helping customers find premium quality eyewear.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance: Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating new and existing customer relationships, building brand loyalty, and consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Customer Engagement: Confidently provide an exceptional customer experience through making a connection, attention to detail, and offering a personalized and unique shopping experience resulting in customer satisfaction.
- Store Environment: Actively participates and contributes to a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers and management.
- Store Maintenance: Takes pride in the appearance of the store and shows initiative to keep displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized.
- Team Player: Helps foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Skills: Strong communication skills (both oral and written), self-motivator with a demonstrated ability to multi-task, ability to respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment
- Experience: Embrace new technology and change with a high level of accuracy
