Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Express Employment Professionals. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports
  • Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
  • Perform audits to ensure adherence to standard requirements
  • Create new processes to improve financial efficiency
  • Report analysis and findings to the management team

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Senior Accountant, or Accounting Specialist
  • Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • SAP experience is required, with a focus on sales order, contract, inventory, and procurement/purchasing
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a team environment and independently
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and professionally
