**Job Summary**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable using various accounting software, handling accounts payable for multiple entities and vendors, analyzing workflow processes, establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors, processing invoices due for payment, and performing other duties including account maintenance, record entries, and reconciliation.

**Responsibilities**

  • Manage accounts payable using various accounting software

**Requirements**

  • Excellent communicator who can drive adoption of new processes and procedures

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field
  • Experience as an accounts payable manager or in a similar position
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software
  • Experience with Sage Software is a plus
